I am a highly experienced Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist with expertise in complex trauma, autism, ADHD, and early childhood development. My professional journey has equipped me to support individuals and families across diverse settings, including parent-infant groups, parent-toddler groups, nurseries, primary schools, rehab centres, and charity organisations.
I completed a doctoral clinical training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) in partnership with UCL and the Anna Freud Centre. Additionally, I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from UCL.
During my clinical placement in a CAMHS NHS setting, I gained extensive experience working with children and adolescents (ages 0–17) alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, paediatricians, nurses, social workers, and family therapists. This allowed me to develop a deep understanding of a variety of clinical presentations, including complex trauma, autism, ADHD, and parent-infant therapy.
