I completed a doctoral clinical training as a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF), in conjunction with UCL and the Anna Freud centre. I have also trained as a Clinical Psychologist in Brazil.

I hold an MSc in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from the Anna Freud Centre and University College London, along with a Post-Graduate Certificate in working with children, adolescents, and families from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. My clinical practice has evolved across various therapeutic settings, and currently, I support adoptive parents and their toddlers in the community while also working within a CAMHS setting in the NHS.

I have a deep interest in developmental trauma, autism, and early intervention, alongside a fascination with the role of rhythm in development. I believe that understanding cultural and social structures is crucial in our field, which led me to co-lead a series of seminars at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) titled "Without Borders."

I am completing my research doctorate at UCL, focusing on parent-infant psychotherapy and infant development.

I completed a doctoral clinical training as a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF), in conjunction with UCL and the Anna Freud centre.

I have completed a BSc Psychology, and an MSc in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology at UCL.

I have acquired my skills and knowledge through my extensive work experience in a variety of settings, which has included; parent- infant groups, parent-toddler groups, nurseries, primary schools, rehab centres and charity organisations.

I completed my clinical placement in a generic Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) NHS setting. Allowing me to work in a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, paediatricians, nurses, social workers and family therapists, working with age groups between 0-17yrs. Gaining an extensive amount of work experience with a variety of clinical presentations such as; complex trauma, autism, ADHD, parent infant work, and more.
I am currently working part-time in a specialist NHS setting for trauma and an adolescent and young person (12-25) psychotherapy clinic.

I have a particular interest in working with complex trauma and how this may manifest itself in the body, as well as early years development.

I am currently completing my research doctorate at UCL - focusing on parental mentalization and its positive implications on child development.

I have completed the IPCAPA doctoral clinical training as a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) and received my doctorate from University College London (UCL) and Anna Freud Centre.

In the beginning of my studies I completed my BSc Psychology degree at Sussex University and my MSc in Psychoanalytic developmental Psychology at UCL in conjunction with the Anna freud Center.

Throughout my career so far I have been working in nurseries, primary and secondary schools, young carers' and children's mentoring charities as well as in psychotherapy centres. All these experiences have allowed me to develop my clinical skills and shape a deep understanding of child development. Working in Child And Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)-NHS- I was part of a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, family therapists, social workers, nurses etc. I have been dealing with different age groups and complex presentations of ADHD, ASD, trauma, children in care etc.

Currently, alongside my private practice I am working in a specialist psychotherapy centre for adolescents and young people (12-25y).

I am particularly interested in the teenage years and adolescent development.

I have completed my doctoral research at UCL focusing on maternal representations in mothers identified with Fabricated or Induced Illness (FII).
